Introducing BeadPile

After some thought I have decided to separate my hand made beads from everything else in my Etsy shop by opening a second shop. I am in the process of transferring all the beads from Polyclarific to the new shop which is called BeadPile.

I have many new beads to add to the mix and once I’ve transferred the remaining beads I will start listing those. In the meantime, I have also been working on some new bangles (shown in their unfinished state). These will go to the (physical) store Red Feathers and Hula Skirt in Melville WA (click for more information) where you can purchase some of my stock already.

Very soon Polyclarific will be separating the beads from everything else in the shop by opening a second Etsy shop. The name of the shop and the location (online) will be announced as soon as its made official. In the meantime, take a look at some of the beads that will be in the new shop, lots more to come!

New Pendants

Recently I have been working on some botanically based pendants and this is what the finished result looks like. This image also shows a few other pendants I completed and most of these will be in the Etsy shop soon. I would like to sell these with thick sterling silver chains but this will have to wait for a little while. In the meantime, if you would like to purchase any of these without the chain they range in price from $18AU to $25Au depending on size. The cost of the chain will be added to this price when I sell them in the shop.

If its hearts you are after for your Valentine then you may just find what you’re after here at Polyclarific. I am able to custom make hearts for you with initials or names scratched into the surface. These can be made into earrings, pendants, magnets or rings. Contact me if you are in need of anything like this.

Flowers for my Valentine

I love flowers and all things to do with them. I love their smell, the variety of colours and textures, the way that some become fruit and most of all how much they light up a room. This is apparent in my work as there are quite a few floral based items in the shop. I thought I’d share a few items with you that would perhaps brighten someone’s day. Gumnut Cane

Recently I had a request for a set of buttons with gumnuts on them. For those who don’t know what a gumnut is, its the ‘capsule’ for the flower of the Eucalyptus tree. These are very common here in Australia and there are many different colours and shapes depending on the species. Here’s a photo of one from our own garden:
